Friend of Scholastic Journalism

Formerly "Media Citation"

This award replaces and broadens the previous Media Citation. While it may be given to a professional journalist or professional media outlet, it may also be given to any individual or group making a significant contribution to scholastic journalism. JEA members are encouraged to nominate worthy individuals or groups. Several awards may be presented each year.
